Where our data comes from

We compile, standardize, and license commercial and consumer marketing records from three verified channels:

• Public Government & Commercial Registries: County tax assessor and recorder deeds, Secretary of State corporate filings, professional licensing boards, and USPS address hygiene tables.
• Vetted Third-Party Compilers: Established U.S. data aggregators and cooperative compilers that contractually warrant statutory notice, opt-out alignment, and lawful collection.
• Direct Permissioned & Opt-In Channels: First-party inquiries and timestamped web consent forms carrying explicit origin URL and IP/timestamp metadata.

Strict Non-FCRA & Outreach Rules

• Non-FCRA Notice: Binary Cloud Services LLC is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Our data products may never be used to determine creditworthiness, employment eligibility, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or government benefit eligibility.
• TCPA, TSR & CTIA Telephone Compliance: All telephone records are processed against the National Do Not Call Registry, state DNC tables, and line-type (wireless vs. landline) lookups. Buyers conducting automated calling or SMS outreach must maintain independent prior express written consent under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200.
• CAN-SPAM & Postal Standards: Commercial email and direct-mail campaigns must include clear sender identification, a physical postal address, and a functional opt-out mechanism honored within 10 business days.

Statutory Privacy Rights

We extend privacy and opt-out rights to all U.S. residents, aligned with state data privacy and data broker frameworks:

• California (CCPA / CPRA & Delete Act, Civ. Code § 1798.99.80): Right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals and authorized agent requests.
• Texas (Data Broker Act, Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 509 & TDPSA): Transparent disclosure of data broker operations and no-cost consumer opt-out processing.
• Oregon (ORS 646A.570 & OCPA) & Vermont (9 V.S.A. § 2446): Comprehensive Written Information Security Program (WISP) administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and strict prohibition against fraudulent acquisition.
• Security Practices: All data in transit uses TLS 1.2+ encryption; suppression hashes (SHA-256) are stored permanently on our internal Do-Not-Sell / Do-Not-Contact ledger so deleted records are never re-ingested on future refreshes.
